This request for expressions of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for the Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project - Phase 2 (DMDP 2) that appeared in the United Nations Development Business (UNDB) online Notice No. OP00277705 of March 6, 2024. 2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project – Phase 2 (DMDP 2), implemented by the Prime Minister’s Office – Regional Administration and Local Government (PMO-RALG) in collaboration with the Dar es Salaam Local Authorities.
