Specific Procurement Notice Template   Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process)     Country: Uganda Name of Project: Uganda Digital Acceleration Project (UDAP) Contract Title: Procurement of Project Implementation Vehicles (LOT 1 - 5 Pick-up Trucks & 1 Van, and LOT 2-1 Motorcycle) for UDAP–GovNet Key Implementing Institutions Loan No./Credit No.: 6898-UG            RFB Reference No.: NITA-U/UDAP/SUPLS/26-27/00009   The Government of Uganda represented by the National Information Technology Authority Uganda (NITA-U) has received  financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the:  Uganda Digital Acceleration Project-Government Network (UDAP-GOVNET) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Project Implementation Vehicles (LOT 1 - 5 Pick-up Trucks & 1 Van, and LOT 2-1 Motorcycle) for UDAP–GovNet Key Implementing Institutions. The National Information Technology Authority-Uganda (NITA-U)  now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Project Implementation Vehicles (5 Pick-up Trucks, 1 Van, and 1 Motorcycle) for UDAP–GovNet Key Implementing Institutions Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” (July 2016, revised February 2025) (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the National Information Technology Authority-Uganda and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0800  to  1700  hours from Monday to Friday at the address given below 5.      The bidding doc
