Country: Uganda Loan No. /Credit No. / Grant No.: 7261-U RFB No:  UG-MAAIF-571431-GO-RFB Issued on: 16th October 2026 1.The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Uganda Climate Smart Agricultural Transformation Project (UCSATP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the supply and installation of farm equipment at maruzi beef research and breeding centre under Lots 1,2 & 3 . 2.Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of farm equipment at maruzi beef research and breeding centre under Lots 1,2 & 3. 3.Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request  for Bids (RFB)  as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for   Investments Project Financing (IPF )Borrowers “July 2016 , Revised in September, 2025 and is open to    all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. 5.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 0900 hours to 1700 hours (East African Time) at the address given below in 10. 6.The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of (Uganda Shilli
